Refund policy

At Drip Noir, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a replacement/exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is fully visible.
  • Share photos/videos showing the damage or defect.

Important: Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted. The unboxing video is mandatory for verification purposes.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received.
  • Defective product received.
  • Wrong product delivered.

Once our team verifies the issue, a replacement product will be shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be replaced.
  • A replacement cannot be arranged after verification.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
