  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–14 business days


Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.


Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.


Incorrect Address


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or additional courier charges may occur. Drip Noir will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact our support team, and we will assist in coordinating with the courier service.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Refusal to accept the package,

additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
